• Terms & Conditions
• 1. Entire Agreement
  This contract represents the full agreement between Rebecca Wade Photography and the Client. It supersedes all previous discussions or understandings.
• 2. Reservation & Payment
  The session date is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a signed agreement.
• 3. Travel & Expenses
  Travel expenses are included in the quoted package price.
• 4. Insurance
  Rebecca Wade Photography is covered by public liability insurance up to $160,000. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure this level of cover meets any venue requirements.
• 5. Cooperation
  The Client agrees to ensure punctuality and cooperation during the shoot. Rebecca Wade Photography is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation or supervision. Children must be supervised at all times and kept clear of equipment.
• 6. Creative Control
  Rebecca Wade Photography retains full creative and artistic discretion in relation to style, poses, editing, and video production. While client requests will be considered, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
• 7. Model Release
  The Client grants permission for all individuals photographed to be included in promotional use by Rebecca Wade Photography across media including, but not limited to, social media, websites, portfolios, competitions, publications, and advertisements.
• 8. Copyright & Usage Rights
  All images can be used however you wish
• 9. Image Delivery
  The Client will receive high-resolution JPEG images. RAW or unedited images will not be provided.
• 10. Storage & Backups
  Images are stored for a minimum of 3 months. It is strongly recommended that Clients back up their images upon receipt, as no storage guarantee is provided beyond this period.
• 11. Liability
  In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, natural disaster, etc.), all efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement. If unavailable, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Liability for loss or damage of images, equipment failure, or unforeseen events is limited to the return of all fees paid.
• 12. Amendments
  Modifications to this agreement are only valid if made in writing and signed by both parties.
• 13. Dispute Resolution
  Both parties agree to engage in good faith mediation in the event of a dispute, prior to pursuing arbitration or litigation.
• 14. Right of Withdrawal
  Rebecca Wade Photography reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement due to non-payment, changes in agreed details, or non-cooperation.
