PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This Photography Agreement is entered into between Rebecca Wade Photography and Tenielle Arcidiacono

3. What’s Included
Consultation: Optional meeting or phone call to discuss the photoshoot, vision, and styling.
Creative Photography: The photoshoot will be personally photographed by Rebecca Wade in her unique artistic style.
Individually Edited Images: Each image is edited individually; no bulk editing is used.
Full-Resolution Digital Files: High-resolution images delivered without watermarks, suitable for printing.
Private Online Gallery: Password-protected online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.

Payment in full to Secure Shoot:

5. Agreement & Terms
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Rebecca Wade Photography and the Client and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Reservation of Date
A signed contract (or written agreement via email) and a non-refundable payment are required to reserve the shoot date.

Expenses
All travel and associated expenses are included in the package price unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance
Rebecca Wade Photography holds public liability insurance up to $160,000. The Client is responsible for ensuring this coverage meets any location or venue requirements.

Cooperation
The Client agrees to be punctual and cooperative. Rebecca Wade Photography is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation, lateness, absences, or undisclosed details.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Abusive behaviour or intentional damage to equipment will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the shoot without refund.

6. Model Release
The Client grants Rebecca Wade Photography the unrestricted right to photograph all persons present and to use the images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, editorial, and promotional purposes.

7. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Rebecca Wade Photography under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998.

The Client is granted a personal-use licence and may print, crop, edit, and share the images for personal use only.
Commercial use requires prior written permission from the Photographer.

8. Creative Licence
The Photographer retains full artistic discretion regarding shooting style, editing, poses, and the number of images delivered. Specific requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

Professional Image Editing
Minor retouching, colour correction, red-eye removal, and artistic enhancements are applied at the Photographer’s discretion.

9. Image Delivery
High-resolution JPEG files will be delivered via online gallery according to the selected package. RAW or unedited files are not provided.

10. Albums & Prints (If Ordered)
Albums:

Client selects images
Photographer designs album
Client approves final proof
Production times depend on external suppliers. If a product becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted, liability is limited to a refund of the album cost only.

Print Orders:
Prints and products may be ordered after the shoot. Pricing current at the time of ordering applies.

11. Storage of Images
Clients are encouraged to download and back up all images promptly. While Rebecca Wade Photography aims to store images long-term, indefinite storage cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for file backup rests with the Client.

12. Limit of Liability
In the event of illness, emergency, natural disaster, or unforeseen circumstances preventing coverage, reasonable efforts will be made to secure a replacement photographer.
If no replacement is available, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

If images are lost, stolen, or destroyed due to circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control, liability is limited to a full refund.

13. Non-Guarantee
Rebecca Wade Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, strikes, or supplier failure.

14. Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Amendments
Any amendments or changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties (email or signed document).

16. Right of Withdrawal
Failure to cooperate, significant schedule changes, or late payments may result in withdrawal of services without refund.

17. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first attempt to be resolved through mediation prior to arbitration or litigation.

18. Acceptance
By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon signing.
