This year I had the absolute pleasure of photographing two of Far North Queenslands biggest dance festivals Orin Aya and NYX.
Throughout both festivals the music did'nt just echo through the trees it pulsed through peoples hearts, drawing strangers into moments of connection. Behind my lens I saw more than just colour and motion I saw community!
But beyond the visuals, what struck me most was the sheer diversity of the crowd—and how united everyone was. Music did what it always does best: it collapsed boundaries.
