WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

The Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services to the Client on the wedding date specified above.

Selected Package

8-Hour Wedding Photography Coverage — $2,700

The package includes:

  • Up to (8) hours of photography coverage.

  • 400 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images.

  • Delivery of final images via a private online gallery.

Optional Add-On

Video Content Creation — $300

If selected by the Client, video content creation will be provided in addition to the photography package and will be subject to the Photographer's creative style and professional discretion.

2. CONSULTATION

The Client may request an optional consultation prior to the wedding.

The consultation provides an opportunity for the Photographer and Client to discuss the wedding plans, timeline, photography preferences, important photographs, locations, and other relevant details, while becoming familiar with each other's expectations.

3. CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY

The Client acknowledges that Rebecca Wade will personally photograph the wedding in her individual artistic and creative style.

The Photographer retains creative discretion over photographic composition, lighting, locations, posing, editing, and overall artistic approach.

While reasonable efforts will be made to capture photographs requested by the Client, specific photographs, poses, compositions, or moments cannot be guaranteed.

4. INDIVIDUALLY EDITED IMAGES

Every delivered photograph will be individually hand-edited by the Photographer.

Rebecca Wade Photography does not use bulk or automated editing methods for the final collection. Each selected image will receive individual professional attention and enhancement.

Professional editing may include:

  • Colour correction.

  • Exposure and tonal adjustments.

  • Cropping and composition adjustments.

  • Artistic finishing.

  • Minor skin retouching.

  • Red-eye removal.

Editing decisions remain at the Photographer's professional discretion.

5. HIGH-RESOLUTION DIGITAL IMAGES

The final photographs will be supplied as high-resolution JPEG files without watermarks.

The Client may print and share the photographs for personal purposes in accordance with the licence granted under this Agreement.

RAW files, unedited files, and rejected images are not supplied.

The number of delivered images will correspond with the selected package.

6. PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERY

Final photographs will be delivered through a secure, password-protected online gallery.

The gallery will allow the Client to view, download, and share the photographs with family and friends.

The Client is responsible for downloading and securely backing up all photographs after delivery.

7. WEDDING SUPPLIER ASSISTANCE

Rebecca Wade Photography is happy to recommend trusted local wedding suppliers where appropriate.

Any supplier recommendations are provided for the Client's consideration only. The Photographer is not responsible for the services, conduct, availability, pricing, or performance of any third-party supplier.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

8. BOOKING FEE

A $500 booking fee is required to secure and reserve the Client's wedding date.

The wedding date will not be considered confirmed until the Photographer has received both:

  1. A signed copy of this Agreement; and

  2. The required $500 booking fee.

The booking fee will be applied toward the total package price.

9. BALANCE PAYMENT

The remaining balance must be paid in full two (2) months prior to the wedding date.

Failure to make payment by the required date may constitute grounds for the Photographer to withdraw from the Agreement and release the wedding date.

11. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

The $500 booking fee is non-refundable if the Client cancels the wedding photography services.

If the wedding is postponed and the Photographer is available on the new date, all payments already received may be transferred to the new wedding date.

A postponement transfer may be made once only.

If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the transfer of the booking may not be possible and the booking fee will remain non-refundable.

Any changes to the wedding date must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

SERVICE TERMS

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Rebecca Wade trading as Rebecca Wade Photography ("the Photographer") and Emma-Lisa ("the Client") regarding the services described herein.

This Agreement supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, agreements, or understandings relating to the same services.

13. TRAVEL EXPENSES

Travel within the Photographer's agreed service area is included in the package price unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional travel expenses outside the agreed service area must be discussed and agreed upon with the Client in writing before the wedding.

14. INSURANCE

Rebecca Wade Photography maintains Public Liability Insurance with cover of up to $160,000.

The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to determine whether this level of insurance satisfies the requirements of the wedding venue or any other relevant location.

15. CLIENT COOPERATION

Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and cooperate throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.

The Photographer cannot be held responsible for missed photographs or reduced coverage resulting from circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Late arrival of the Client or wedding party.

  • Lack of cooperation.

  • Individuals being unavailable.

  • Unforeseen changes to the wedding schedule.

  • Delays caused by the Client, venue, suppliers, or other third parties.

  • Information not provided to the Photographer in advance.

  • Restrictions imposed by the venue or other third parties.

Children must remain appropriately supervised around photographic equipment at all times.

The Photographer reserves the right to cease providing services where abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour occurs.

MODEL RELEASE AND COPYRIGHT

16. MODEL RELEASE

The Client grants Rebecca Wade Photography permission to photograph persons present at the wedding in connection with providing the contracted photography services.

Unless the Client provides written notice to the Photographer before the wedding date requesting that their photographs not be used for promotional purposes, the Client grants Rebecca Wade Photography permission to use photographs from the wedding for:

  • Portfolio display.

  • Website content.

  • Social media.

  • Studio displays.

  • Marketing.

  • Advertising.

  • Photography competitions.

  • Editorial publications.

  • Blog submissions.

  • Printed promotional material.

The Client acknowledges that photographs may include other individuals. The Client agrees to communicate any relevant privacy concerns or restrictions to the Photographer before the wedding.

17. COPYRIGHT

All photographs created by Rebecca Wade Photography remain the copyright of the Photographer unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

The Client receives a non-exclusive, personal-use licence to:

  • Print the photographs.

  • Share the photographs with family and friends.

  • Crop the photographs.

  • Make reasonable edits to the photographs for personal use.

The photographs may not be sold, licensed, published commercially, used for advertising, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the Photographer's prior written permission.

CREATIVE CONTROL AND DELIVERY

18. CREATIVE LICENCE

The Photographer retains full creative control over:

  • Photography style.

  • Video style, where applicable.

  • Composition.

  • Lighting.

  • Locations.

  • Posing.

  • Editing style.

  • Image selection.

  • Video clip selection.

The Client acknowledges that the Photographer's work is artistic in nature and that the final selection and editing of images remain at the Photographer's professional discretion.

19. IMAGE DELIVERY

Final photographs will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files through a private online gallery.

The Photographer will select the final images based on technical quality, artistic merit, storytelling, and overall suitability.

RAW files, unedited images, test images, duplicates, and rejected images will not be supplied.
